Creators must now adhere to these guidelines when developing a new project. If you are a creator, it is important to familiarize yourself with these changes before starting a new project.

1. Use a microservice architecture (Frontend and Backend)

When creating a project, you should use the microservices architecture, where the frontend and the backend code are separated and are run in its own environment. By breaking it down this way, the code is more manageable and developers can focus on developing and deploying the frontend and backend individually. For example, a project that shows how to create a video sharing platform, like YouTube, built using a microservices architecture could have services for video uploading, processing, and delivery, as well as authentication and notifications. The frontend could use React.js, and the backend API gateway could be built using Python and Django, with each service developed and deployed independently.

2. Make the Project Video Duration shorter

Another guideline that we are asking our creators to follow is to make the project video duration shorter. One way you can achieve this is by showing the end result of a simple task, rather than showing the whole process of doing that task. These tasks can be any tasks that are easy enough for the users to do on their own, such as how to authenticate or other repetitive tasks. We are also encouraging learners to engage in the video and work along with creators for this. By keeping the project short and concise, learners will be able to grasp the concepts more easily and apply them to real-world projects.
