How do I downgrade my account from Recruiter account to Pro account?

Downgrading from Recruiter account to Pro account is very easy. All you need to do is go to the pricing page and click on downgrade button under Pro account. Your account will be downgraded instantly.

How do I downgrade my account from one-week Pro account free trial/Pro account to Free account?

Great, you opted for the one-week Pro account trial or using Pro account for months. But for one reason or another, you want to move to the free account.

You can move to the free account by sending an email to support@livecoding.tv,  citing that you want to downgrade to the free account. Also, make sure that you keep the email subject accordingly so that we can get to work as fast as possible.

Subject example: Please downgrade my account to free account for Livecoding.tv username “ABC.”

Will the remaining amount for that particular month return to my account?

We have no return policy. So, if you cancel or downgrade your account, the remaining amount will not be returned to your account.

When will the new billing applicable for the downgraded account?

The new billing will be applied after the end of the current month. For example, if you downgrade from a Recruiter account to a Pro account, you will be billed 9.99$ per month from the next month onwards.
